Shenzhen, 18 March 2026 –– MytePro announced its 2025 financial results on March 18, reporting revenue of RMB 1.28 billion and a return to profitability with net income of RMB 30.34 million. The company also achieved positive operating cash flow of RMB 80.6 million, signaling improved financial resilience amid a prolonged downturn in China’s real estate sector.
Chairman Gao Yu stated that the company has “successfully navigated the real estate cycle,” highlighting a reduced dependency on the new housing market and a more diversified business structure. By optimizing its client portfolio and strengthening operational efficiency, MytePro has enhanced its ability to withstand industry volatility.
In the future, the company will focus on two strategic pillars: AI-driven innovation and global expansion. Over 70% of its R&D resources are now allocated to AI, supporting its transition from a traditional SaaS provider to an AI-powered application service provider.
According to management, MytePro’s AI product suite which features solutions such as AI-powered live streaming and virtual sales agents, has significantly improved customer acquisition efficiency, in some cases delivering 2–3 times the performance of traditional approaches. The company is also shifting its commercial model toward outcome-based pricing, aligning costs more directly with measurable business results.
Executives emphasized that the company’s competitive advantage lies in its proprietary real estate data and deep integration with industry-specific workflows. This combination enables more effective AI deployment compared to general-purpose models, particularly in handling complex, non-standardized property data.
On the international front, MytePro has established localized teams in Australia, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Middle East. Its acquisition of ASIOT in Japan has validated the feasibility of integrating AI, IoT, and SaaS into a unified solution. Furthermore, in 2025, overseas contracts exceeded RMB 30 million, with plans to expand further into developed markets.
As it advances its global strategy, MytePro will focus on expanding market coverage, strengthening local ecosystems, and scaling AI-powered solutions. The goal is clear: to deliver real, measurable impact for real estate clients worldwide and establish itself as a trusted global PropTech partner.
