MytePro Technology Wins Smart Industrial Park Project from Yizhuang Holdings

MytePro Technology is proud to announce its successful bid as the winning candidate for the Smart Operation Service Platform Project tender by Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings Co., Ltd. With a bid amount of 11.86 million RMB, MytePro Technology outperformed two other shortlisted competitors, underscoring its strong capabilities in delivering large-scale digital operation platforms.

Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holdings, established in 1991 with the approval of the Beijing Municipal Government, is a first-tier state-owned enterprise (SOE) under the city. Positioned as an international first-class industrial city operator, Yizhuang Holdings plays a central role in developing and serving the Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area. Its business spans technology park development, industrial investment promotion, and smart city construction services, making it one of the most influential SOEs driving innovation and high-quality development in the capital.

The Smart Operation Service Platform will provide an integrated digital foundation to empower smart industrial park transformation, covering asset management, contract lifecycle management, smart investment promotion, and park operations. By leveraging big data and AI, the platform will enable precise investment attraction, transparent contract oversight, and unified management of investment, operations, and services — driving greater efficiency and long-term value.
